Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Toros at toros.markets or the Toros mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including free, trial, Bear tier, and Bull Pro tier subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Toros is a paper trading simulator designed for educational and entertainment purposes. The platform allows users to practice buying and selling stocks, futures & options contracts, and currency pairs using virtual currency (vCash). No real money is ever used in trading activities on Toros. All positions, profits, and losses are entirely simulated.

3. Virtual Currency (vCash)

vCash is a virtual currency used exclusively within the Toros platform. It has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services. vCash cannot be transferred between accounts. Unused vCash is forfeited upon account termination. The starting balance of $25,000 vCash is provided for simulation purposes only.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Toros offers the following paid tiers:

• Bear Tier ($8.99 USD/month) — unlocks Futures & Options trading and a monthly grant of $1,000 vCash equivalent per regional wallet.
• Bull Pro Tier ($12.99 USD/month) — unlocks Futures & Options plus Global Forex trading and a monthly grant of $3,000 vCash equivalent per regional wallet.
• Additional vCash top-ups are available for purchase ($5–$50 USD) via Stripe (web) or Google Play (Android).
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal or the Google Play Store. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with access to all equity Cash & Margin trading features. After the trial expires, accounts that have not purchased vCash or subscribed to a paid tier will be hibernated. Hibernated accounts retain their data but cannot place new trades until reactivated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Toros for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial.
• Misrepresent simulated performance as real trading results.
• Use the platform to mislead others into making real investment decisions.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are found to be exploiting the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting legal@toros.markets.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and features of Toros are the property of Toros Market Intelligence. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Toros is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data will be accurate or current. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toros Market Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any decisions made based on simulated trading results. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
